The machine has these following characters:

1. Automatically trimming sides and sealing. The cutter quickly cuts off the end
of the paper roll and the mucus is sprayed out. After sealing, there is a 20mm paper
tail emained in the paper roll to be easily used. The paper is without any
harm during the processed of cutting and packing, while the quality is greatly increased.
2. The aboratively designed rewind machine combning with the micro-computer makes
the paper roll transited from tighten to loose during the rewind process, without
any incompact and absciss layer phenomena. The rewind speed can be 160-220m/min.
3. The technology of automatic paper out and changing the core can automatically
push the rewind paper roll out and send the next paper core to the rewind position.
Just by simple adjusting, the size of the paper core or the stainless steel
tube can be change between 25mm and 60mm.
4. The integrated structure design ensures the stiletto device working stably and
reliably under the high-speed operation condition. The stiletto pitch can be ordered
randomly from 80mm to 150mm.
5. The coining device can be selected as single side or double sides and putting
mucus complex. Also, it can be used to produce the rolling type kitchen hand-clean
paper.
